What happens to the details you send us, and how the site measures its own use.

When you send an enquiry
The enquiry form asks for your name, email, an optional phone number, an optional note about the car and a short message. We use those details to reply and to talk through the work. We do not sell them or use them for marketing.
Things that always work
Some things run whatever you choose about analytics: remembering your cookie choice, checking the form is filled in, and the parts of the site that work entirely in your browser. None of this tracks you across other websites.
Analytics — only if you accept
Nothing analytical loads until you choose Accept analytics on the cookie banner. If you reject it, or ignore it, no analytics load. If you accept, we use:
- Google Analytics — to see how many people visit, which pages they read, and which enquiry and contact buttons they use. Your name, email, phone number and message are never put into analytics.
- Microsoft Clarity — to see general behaviour like scrolling and clicks, which helps us improve the layout.
Both load through Google Tag Manager, which is set up not to run them until you accept. We do not run advertising or personalisation tracking.
Changing your choice
Use Cookie Settings in the footer at any time to reopen the banner and change your mind. Switching from accept to reject stops any further analytics.
