The work
ALC Elite works on prestige, performance, collector and classic cars — from modern performance cars through to supercars and cars kept for a lifetime. What they have in common is that condition, finish and how the car is used all matter. The work ranges from preservation and restoration to detailing, paint correction, protection and ongoing care, depending on what the individual car needs.
It isn’t a valet or a quick machine polish. That might mean paint correction on an original finish, dry ice cleaning of an engine bay, an interior refinished rather than replaced, a set of multi-piece wheels, or preparing a car for a show or concours. The car is assessed first, then we decide what should be restored, refined, preserved or simply left alone.

01Preservation-led restoration and refinement for prestige, performance, collector and classic cars. Correction, surface and finish work, interior refinishing and protection are each weighed against what the car will take and what it should keep — proposed, never sold as a package.

02Ceramic coating and paint protection applied to paint that has been assessed, decontaminated and — where it is appropriate — corrected first. What goes on the car is chosen around its finish, its condition and how it is actually used and stored, and you are shown how to look after it afterwards.

03Detailing and paint work built around the individual car — its condition, value, use and what it needs to keep — rather than a fixed menu of wash packages. Multi-stage machine correction reduces swirls, oxidation and defects, and every correction starts with paint-thickness mapping to set a safe working envelope before machine work begins. Ceramic and protective finishes are matched to how the car is kept.

04Ongoing condition care for collections and individual cars kept for regular use, storage or presentation. One point of contact, a consistent standard and a record of what has been done — each arrangement set up on its own terms, because a car in regular use is not a car in long-term storage.
View service05A close reading of the car as it presents today: paint condition and originality, visible evidence and quality of previous repair, factory-correct detail, and provenance as far as it can be assessed. Set out in writing — an assessment, not a valuation, a mechanical report or a certificate of authenticity.

06Restoration and refinishing for classic, split-rim, multi-piece and prestige wheels, assessed as a set and as part of the car they belong to. Finish, construction and the correct original appearance for the model all bear on the scope — this is restoration work, not commodity alloy refurbishment.

07Private training for one person at a time, built around what you already do and what you want to be able to do next. Practical work, machine-polishing technique and product judgement at working pace, with the content agreed before the day — an individual session, not a group course to a fixed syllabus.
View service08Specialist support where the car already is: preparation, condition attention and presentation away from the workshop, including concours and event preparation. Each arrangement is discussed individually around the car, the location and the occasion, internationally where that suits it.
View service09A highly specialised, contactless process using dry ice pellets to lift dirt, grease and old underseal from engine bays, underbodies and intricate areas — without water, brushes or liquid cleaners. Well suited to sensitive and preservation-class cars and to preparation and presentation work.

A full safe wash and decontamination, then a three-stage machine polish to bring out gloss, depth and clarity. Ceramic coating was applied to the paint, glass and wheels, and the interior was deep cleaned and protected.
View Car Detailing & Paint CorrectionA set of Porsche Turbo 993 split rims, fully split down. The lips were repolished to bring back the mirror finish and the barrels redone, then the wheels were carefully rebuilt, ready for the road again.

ALC Elite was founded by Jonty Collier, a highly experienced detailing and restoration specialist who spent more than 16 years honing his craft at Tom Hartley Jnr Ltd — one of the world's leading specialist car dealerships. During that time he worked on some of the most valuable and historically significant motor cars in existence, bringing them to concours standard.
ALC Elite brings that experience into a specialist, hands-on approach to detailing, paint correction, protection, restoration and preservation for modern, classic and collector vehicles.
ALC Elite has expanded into the adjoining unit at Cliff View Business Park, adding more dedicated workshop space alongside the existing studio.
The workshop is equipped around the work carried out here, with dedicated water filtration and reverse-osmosis treatment, upgraded compressed-air equipment and carefully selected professional products. Every part of the setup is there to support careful preparation, consistent processes and attention to detail.
